Shadows, a song I wrote, composed and performed, charted, reached Spain’s Top 30 Viral Songs of the Year, and received radio play.

It’s now on 300,000+ Spotify streams, earned us a record deal, and made us Spotify verified after a single release.

(The band name is Iconic. I didn’t choose it. We live with it.)

When the song made the charts, unexpected things followed.

Someone got engaged to it (questionable taste).

And a well-known pianist heard it on the radio and made a cover that put the original to shame:
